DESCRIPTION: This course is approved for 3 CORE RI CEU hours for real estate licensees by DBR through the Greater Providence Board of REALTORS® and our instructor will be Stephen Antoni. It will cover the REALTOR® Code of Ethics of the National Association of REALTORS®, including the duties REALTORS® owe to their clients, the public and other REALTORS® members, mediation, arbitration, professional courtesies, business etiquette and real-life scenarios.
MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENT: All REALTOR® members are required to complete ethics training of not less than 2 hours, 30 minutes of instructional time within 3-year cycles as a condition of membership. There is no grandfathering provision and no exemptions for Appraisers or Attorneys who hold REALTOR® membership. We are currently in the 7th cycle (1/1/22 – 12/31/24). Effective 1/1/22, only REALTOR® Code of Ethics classes offered by their local Association, the State Association or National Association will be accepted for this membership obligation.
DBR REQUIREMENTS FOR ZOOM CLASSES: Class will be recorded and monitored in real-time. Students must have video and audio enabled and arrive 10 minutes early. Students must comply with our Code of Conduct throughout class. Those not in compliance will be removed and not receive any CEU’s or refunds. We are unable to provide technical help.

$29.99 for GPBOR or NRIBR members with early-bird registration through 5/13/2023 with 3 CORE CEU's; After 5/13/23: $35 for GPBOR or NRIBR Members. $55 for Non-Members with 3 CORE CEU's; free for any members of the REALTOR® Association who DO NOT wish to receive 3 CORE CEU's for taking this class. Members should be prepared to register with their 9-digit M1/NRDS member ID number in order to receive the reduced rate through the green TICKETS box above. Students must stay for the entire duration of the course in order to receive CEU's.
